Check-in

You can check in online through the digital channels provided by JOY or in person at the airport counters.

To ensure a smooth experience and complete all check-in procedures, we recommend arriving 1.5 hours in advance for our flights within Argentina. If you are traveling with checked baggage, pets, minors, require special assistance, or need any service that requires additional verification, we suggest allowing extra time.

• Airport check-in (flights within Argentina, with or without baggage check-in): closes 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Once check-in has closed, no new passengers or baggage will be accepted.
• Online check-in: ends 4 hours before the scheduled departure time.

If you encounter any issues with the online process, you can go directly to the passenger service counters at the airport during their operating hours to receive assistance from our staff.
