Our commitment to safety and operational readiness.

Introduction

Safety and operational excellence are the guiding principles behind JOY Airline's institutional development. At this stage, the company is in the process of planning, structuring, and aligning itself with the regulatory and operational standards required for future air operations.

1. Commitment to safety

Since its inception, JOY Airline has adopted operational safety as a fundamental value.
The design of its processes, policies, and procedures is based on a preventive approach, focused on risk management and compliance with best practices in the aviation industry.

2. Operational standards

JOY Airline develops its operational framework in accordance with current regulations of the National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC) and the guidelines of international organizations in the sector.
Operational procedures are currently being developed, reviewed, and validated as part of the process prior to the start of operations.

3. Maintenance and fleet

Fleet and maintenance planning is approached based on criteria of technical reliability, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
At this stage, JOY Airline is working on defining technical standards and maintenance programs, without this yet implying active operations or the provision of commercial services.

4. Crew and training

Staff training and development are central to JOY Airline's operating model.
Training programs are designed with a focus on operational safety, standardization of procedures, and continuous professional development as part of the preparation process for future operations.

5. Responsible operation

JOY Airline promotes an organizational culture based on responsibility, rigorous planning, and continuous improvement.
Each stage of institutional development is carried out with a prudent, transparent approach that is aligned with the regulatory requirements of the commercial aviation sector.
